We aim to process orders as soon as possible but cannot guarantee delivery times. Delays due to payment authorization or product availability are not considered. Moreover, during sale periods, delivery times may be slightly delayed. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden, and processed during business hours. Delivery times are calculated based on your location.

Please note that your chosen delivery method might change depending on your location or other unexpected circumstances, e.g., where the carrier cannot deliver the package. After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code to follow its progress. In addition, the carrier will notify you through SMS or email when your order is expected to arrive or available for pickup. Packages not retrieved within 14 days will be returned to PRINTWORKS, and you will be responsible for any cost associated with the return of unclaimed packages.
