If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check around your delivery area, ask neighbors if they may have received it by mistake, and check with your local postal service. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact our customer service team for further assistance.

The return must be made within 30 days from the date you received the delivery. The product needs to be in the same condition as when you received it, meaning no plastic or wrapping can be removed from the product.

If you've bought your product from any of our retailers, please contact them directly in case you need to do a return or a reclamation.

If you've received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@printworksmarket.com instead of using the return portal.

Note that you, the customer, will be charged a return shipping cost of $9. This will excluded from your refund amount.

We aim to process your return as quickly as possible. Once we’ve received your parcel, refunds are typically completed within 14 days.

However, please keep in mind that processing times may vary depending on shipping and peak seasons. We will notify you once we issued the refund.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Packages not collected at service points within 14 days will be returned to PRINTWORKS, and you will be responsible for any cost associated with the return of unclaimed packages. This cost is currently 12 USD.

The products are produced continuously, which makes it difficult to answer precisely when your favorite item is back in stock. Please send us an email if you wonder about any specific product – and make sure to sign up for email notification on the product page.

Our products are designed in Sweden and produced in China. Please check out the product pages to see what materials they contain.

Personalization & photo print are currently only available for our European market. We're working on expanding to the US and Canada, and hope to offer it soon. Stay tuned!

In the US, we currently offer cover image personalization on selected photo albums. This allows you to upload your own photo, which will be professionally printed and attached to the album cover, creating a truly personal keepsake.

We’ll soon be launching custom text personalization in the US as well, allowing you to add a name, initials, date, or meaningful word to selected products such as games and photo albums. Stay tuned!

Personalized Cover Photo

Available on four selected photo albums, this option allows you to add your own image to the cover. Simply upload your photo using the "Choose Cover Image" button, and we'll print and attach it to the album cover using premium photo paper for a timeless, personal finish.

Due to the personalized nature of these items, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.



If your item arrives with a manufacturing issue, please contact our customer support at info@printworksmarket.com within 30 days of delivery and include photographic evidence so we can assist you further.
