If you want to cancel or do changes in your order, please email info@printworksmarket.com as soon as possible, and we'll see what we can do. Please note that even if you contact us immediately, we can’t guarantee cancellation or changes.

Please include “Cancel order ECMXXX” in the subject line when emailing us about a cancellation, so we can process your request as quickly as possible.

If you have entered wrong personal information, like delivery address, phone number, name or similar, please email us at info@printworksmarket.com as soon as possible so that we can update this information before the order is being sent.

We currently only offer express shipping to Switzerland, with a fixed shipping fee of €15. Delivery time is approximately 1–2 business days. Please note that orders must be placed before 1pm to be shipped the same day. Otherwise, delivery will take one additional business day.

Delivery times may be longer if your order includes personalization or photo prints.

While we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

We offer express shipping to Switzerland only, with a fixed shipping fee of €15. No other shipping options are currently available.

If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check around your delivery area, ask neighbors if they may have received it by mistake, and check with your local postal service. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact our customer service team for further assistance.

If your package is automatically returned to us, it’s usually due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or the recipient declining the delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs associated with the return of packages that are unclaimed or returned due to incorrect address information.

The return must be made within 30 days from the date you received the delivery. The product needs to be in the same condition as when you received it, meaning no plastic or wrapping can be removed from the product.

If you've bought your product from any of our retailers, please contact them directly in case you need to do a return or a reclamation.

We're currently experiencing an issue with return labels for the UK and Switzerland. Please contact us, and we'll send your return label manually.

Please note that this portal is for customers in Europe only. If you're located in the US or Canada, please use our US & Canada return portal instead.

If you've received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@printworksmarket.com instead of using the return portal.

Please note that if your order exceeds 500 € /£/$ or 5000 kr, your return cost will be higher than the return costs listed above.

We aim to process your return as quickly as possible. Once we’ve received your parcel, refunds are typically completed within 14 days.

However, please keep in mind that processing times may vary depending on shipping and peak seasons. We will notify you once we issued the refund.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your product is damaged or broken, please email info@printworksmarket.com with image and description that shows the faulty product together with your order number for faster assistance, and we'll be happy to help you.

Packages not collected at service points within 14 days will be returned to PRINTWORKS, and you will be responsible for any cost associated with the return of unclaimed packages. Please see costs per market below.

The products are produced continuously, which makes it difficult to answer precisely when your favorite item is back in stock. Please send us an email if you wonder about any specific product – and make sure to sign up for email notification on the product page.

Our products are designed in Sweden and produced in China. Please check out the product pages to see what materials they contain.

Our Photo Print service is currently out of order due to technical issues. We’re working to restore it as quickly as possible.

We offer two types of personalization for selected products.

The first option allows you to add custom text to products such as games, albums, and more. Whether it’s a name, initials, a date, or a meaningful word, this personalization makes the product uniquely yours. Emojis are not supported.

The second option is available on four selected photo album designs. With this personalization, you can upload a picture that will be professionally printed and attached to the album cover, creating an even more personal keepsake.

We're currently experiencing a high volume of personalized orders. Please allow a few extra business days for production.

You'll find all products available for text personalization gathered on our Personalization page, and each eligible product is marked with a "Personalize" button on its product page.

All photo albums that can be personalized with a cover photo can be found in our Photo Albums collection and are marked with "Personalized" on the product page.

The cost of text personalization is €20 / £20 or 199 SEK / DKK.



For selected photo albums, cover photo personalization is included in the price.

Yes, we always aim to ship all items from one order in the same package. Please note that personalized products require a bit more time to prepare, and express shipping is not available. 



If you need your non-personalized item sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Due to the personalized nature of these items, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.



If your item arrives with a manufacturing issue, please contact our customer support at info@printworksmarket.com within 30 days of delivery and include photographic evidence so we can assist you further.

Almost, but not always perfectly identical. Minor variations may occur, though the final result will closely match the design shown.

At the moment, our personalization service is only available within the EU and the UK. We're working on expanding to other regions, including the US, and hope to offer it soon. Stay tuned!
