We currently only offer express shipping to Switzerland, with a fixed shipping fee of €15. Delivery time is approximately 1–2 business days. Please note that orders must be placed before 1pm to be shipped the same day. Otherwise, delivery will take one additional business day.

Delivery times may be longer if your order includes personalization or photo prints.

While we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check around your delivery area, ask neighbors if they may have received it by mistake, and check with your local postal service. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact our customer service team for further assistance.

If your package is automatically returned to us, it’s usually due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or the recipient declining the delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs associated with the return of packages that are unclaimed or returned due to incorrect address information.

The return must be made within 30 days from the date you received the delivery. The product needs to be in the same condition as when you received it, meaning no plastic or wrapping can be removed from the product.

If you've bought your product from any of our retailers, please contact them directly in case you need to do a return or a reclamation.

Email us at info@printworksmarket.com with your order number if you'd like to return your product, and we'll send you a prepaid return label by email.

Your feedback matters to us. Please include your reason for return in the email so we can continue refining both our design and experience.

Please note that if your order exceeds 500 € /£/$ or 5000 kr, your return cost will be higher than the return costs listed above.

Our aim is to handle your return as soon as possible and we aim to have it handled and refunded within 2 weeks.

However, please keep in mind that processing times may vary depending on shipping and peak seasons. We will notify you once we issued the refund.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your product is damaged or broken, please email info@printworksmarket.com with image and description that shows the faulty product together with your order number for faster assistance, and we'll be happy to help you.

Packages not collected at service points within 14 days will be returned to PRINTWORKS, and you will be responsible for any cost associated with the return of unclaimed packages. Please see costs per market below.

The products are produced continuously, which makes it difficult to answer precisely when your favorite item is back in stock. Please send us an email if you wonder about any specific product – and make sure to sign up for email notification on the product page.

Our products are designed in Sweden and produced in China. Please check out the product pages to see what materials they contain.

Our Photo Print service is currently out of order due to technical issues. We’re working to restore it as quickly as possible.

We offer a selection of products that can be personalized with a text! It could be with your name, initials, or a meaningful word. It’s our way of making each piece uniquely yours.


At the moment, we only offer this feature on a limited selection of items as we want to ensure the highest quality and service. However, we will be expanding the range again in the future.

- A selection of our products can be personalized with one or two lines of text, some only one, depending on the available space.



- Each product offers its own set of color options and two font styles, displayed directly on the product page for easy reference. The available colors are silver, gold, black, and white and the exact options vary depending on the color and material of the product being personalized.



- The placement of the text is pre-set to ensure the best possible result. You'll be able to see a preview of how your text will look, but please be aware that it could differ a little bit from the reality.

Some products have a maximum character limit to ensure the design remains balanced. Try using a smaller font size or splitting your text into two lines. If it still doesn’t fit, you may need to shorten the text, or choose a product with more space for personalization.

You’ll find all products best suited for personalization gathered on our Personalization page, and each personalized product is marked with a “Personalize” button on its product page.


The cost of personalization is €20 / £20 or 199 SEK / DKK.



Yes, we always aim to ship all items from one order in the same package. Please note that personalized products require a bit more time to prepare, and express shipping is not available. 



If you need your non-personalized item sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Due to the personalized nature of these items, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.



If your item arrives with a manufacturing issue, please contact our customer support at info@printworksmarket.com within 30 days of delivery and include photographic evidence so we can assist you further.

Almost, but not always perfectly identical. Minor variations may occur, though the final result will closely match the design shown.

At the moment, our personalization service is only available within the EU and the UK. We're working on expanding to other regions, including the US, and hope to offer it soon. Stay tuned!
