"The Chess set itself is beautiful. I bought it as a gift for my boyfriend, and he absolutely loved it. It's also a classic, decorative piece to display on a dresser when it's not in use. I did have one issue: when I opened the package, one of the white pawns was missing. However, customer service (hi, Nellie!!) was incredibly helpful and quickly arranged to send me the missing piece. Not only is the chess set exquisite, but the customer service is also top-notch."
