Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to payment authorization, product availability, carrier disruptions or increased order volumes during sale periods.

Estimated delivery times and available shipping options are calculated based on your location and displayed at checkout once you've entered your delivery address.

European orders are shipped from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. Orders to the United States, Canada and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are shipped from our US warehouse.

US and Canadian orders are shipped without additional import duties. For orders to the UAE, any applicable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the Customer and are not covered by PRINTWORKS.

All orders are processed during business hours.

Denmark: Bring
United Kingdom: FedEx
Rest of Europe: DHL and FedEx

The carrier may vary depending on your location and selected delivery method.

We offer free standard shipping on orders above the following thresholds (excluding Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates):

- Germany: €69
- Rest of Europe: €79
- United Kingdom: £79
- Sweden: 599 SEK
- Denmark: 599 DKK
- United States and Canada: $90

For orders below these thresholds, the following shipping rates apply:

Please note that free shipping is not available for orders to Switzerland or the UAE, regardless of order value.

Final shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for selected destinations at an additional cost, displayed at checkout.

Where next-business-day delivery is available, orders must be placed before 1 PM to qualify. Orders placed after the cut-off time may require an additional business day.

Please note that next-day delivery is subject to destination, carrier availability and order processing times, and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Options & Tracking

For most markets, we offer both home delivery and pickup-point options, depending on your location.

After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

The carrier may also notify you by SMS or email when your package is expected to arrive or is ready for collection.

Please note that your selected delivery method may change due to your location, carrier restrictions or unforeseen circumstances.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages that remain unclaimed or uncollected within the carrier's specified collection period, typically 14 days, may be returned to PRINTWORKS.

For unclaimed packages, PRINTWORKS reserves the right to charge reasonable costs associated with return shipping and carrier administration, where permitted by applicable law. These costs may be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Refunds

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable consumer protection legislation.

For customers in the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK): 
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order and return the entire purchase, the original standard shipping fee will be refunded.

For returns made under our extended 30-day return policy, after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
