Politique de remboursement
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we have extended return rights during November and December until January 15th.
If you have changed your mind regarding the product you've bought, you are free to return the product. Note that the return must be made within 30 days from the date you received the delivery. Also note that the product needs to be in the same condition as when you received it, meaning no plastic or wrapping can be removed from the product.
If you've bought your product from any of our retailers, please contact them directly in case you need to do a return or a reclamation.
Please email us at info@printworksmarket.com with your order number if you'd like to return your product and we'll send you a prepaid return label by email. We always thrive to be better so please include your return reason in your email.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Reclamations
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased on sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. However, please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 14 business days have passed since we received your return, don't hesitate to contact us at info@printworksmarket.com, and we will look into this as soon as possible.
