We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We accept returns as long as the item is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, with plastic protection and tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email us at info@printworksmarket.com with your order number if you'd like to return your product, and we'll send you a prepaid return label by email. We appreciate our customer's opinions and always strive to improve, so please include your return reason in your email.
We charge a small return fee with the ambition to reduce environmental impact, which varies by location. Refunds will be issued minus the return fee.

Moreover, packages not collected at service points within 14 days will be returned to PRINTWORKS, and you will be responsible for any cost associated with the return of unclaimed packages. This cost is 12€ / 12£ / 69 DKK / 79 SEK.
Reclamations
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased on sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. However, please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 14 business days have passed since we received your return, don't hesitate to contact us at info@printworksmarket.com, and we will look into this as soon as possible.
