"Unfortunately the first album arrives with a mark in it, was offered a discount to keep it but wanted a replacement as it was for a present and it arrived after the wedding. Took ages. . Now trying to send back this item and get a full refund. Hard to make contact and it’s very inconvenient having send it back. Shame as would have made a nice keepsake and present"
