If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check around your delivery area, ask neighbors if they may have received it by mistake, and check with your local postal service. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact our customer service team for further assistance.

If your package is automatically returned to us, it’s usually due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or the recipient declining the delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs associated with the return of packages that are unclaimed or returned due to incorrect address information.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return, including items purchased on sale.

For customers in the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK): You have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. If you exercise this right within the 14-day period, you have an additional 14 days to send the products back.

We kindly encourage you to keep the product in its original condition, including any protective plastic wrapping and packaging, whenever possible. This helps us ensure that returned products can be resold and enjoyed by someone else, rather than going to waste. Removing the original packaging does not automatically prevent you from returning a product, although deductions for diminished value may apply where permitted by law.

We aim to process your return as quickly as possible. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your return, or sooner where required by law. We'll notify you once your refund has been issued.

Please note that shipping costs are generally non-refundable. However, for customers in the EU and UK who withdraw from their entire purchase within the statutory 14-day period, the original standard shipping fee will be refunded.

If your product is damaged or broken, please email info@printworksmarket.com with image and description that shows the faulty product together with your order number for faster assistance, and we'll be happy to help you.

Packages not collected at service points within 14 days will be returned to PRINTWORKS, and you will be responsible for any cost associated with the return of unclaimed packages. Please see costs per market below.
