All US and Canadian orders are shipped from our US warehouse, meaning that no extra duties will be added to your order.

For shipping within the United States, we offer Home Delivery with three delivery options:

Economy: 5–8 business days.
Standard: 3–4 business days.
Express: 1–2 business days.

Note that these are only the transit times. If your order is placed after 2pm, your total shipping time adds up with 1 day extra.

If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check around your delivery area, ask neighbors if they may have received it by mistake, and check with your local postal service. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact our customer service team for further assistance.

The return must be made within 30 days from the date you received the delivery. The product needs to be in the same condition as when you received it, meaning no plastic or wrapping can be removed from the product.

If you've bought your product from any of our retailers, please contact them directly in case you need to do a return or a reclamation.

Email us at info@printworksmarket.com with your order number if you'd like to return your product, and we'll send you a prepaid return label by email.

Your feedback matters to us. Please include your reason for return in the email so we can continue refining both our design and experience.

Note that you, the customer, will be charged a return shipping cost of $9. This will excluded from your refund amount.

Our aim is to handle your return as soon as possible and we aim to have it handled and refunded within 2 weeks.

However, please keep in mind that processing times may vary depending on shipping and peak seasons. We will notify you once we issued the refund.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Packages not collected at service points within 14 days will be returned to PRINTWORKS, and you will be responsible for any cost associated with the return of unclaimed packages. This cost is currently 12 USD.

The products are produced continuously, which makes it difficult to answer precisely when your favorite item is back in stock. Please send us an email if you wonder about any specific product – and make sure to sign up for email notification on the product page.

Our products are designed in Sweden and produced in China. Please check out the product pages to see what materials they contain.

Personalization & photo print are currently only available for our European market. We're working on expanding to the US, and hope to offer it soon. Stay tuned!
