Refund Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you have changed your mind regarding the product you've bought, you are free to return the product. Note that the return must be made within 30 days from the date you received the delivery. Also note that the product needs to be in the same condition as when you received it, meaning no plastic or wrapping can be removed from the product.

If you've bought your product from any of our retailers, please contact them directly in case you need to do a return or a reclamation.

Your feedback matters to us. Please include your reason for return in the return form so we can continue refining both our design and experience.

1. Go to this link: account.printworksmarket.com

2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

8. Click Request return.

We always check our return requests within 48 hours on business days. When your return request is approved, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note that the return shipping cost is 9 USD.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
